February has been quietly busy as we have been ramping things up at The Brook to prepare for a huge month of ministry in March. In the next 31 days, we will have 20 days with house guests, including a mission team, two visiting families, and one leader training event.

Some of the quiet ministry this past month has been to provide more scholarships and a bit of medical assistance. The scholarships were for professors at two seminaries (Costa Rica and Guatemala) which aided in their continuing education. We also provided some assistance to help a pastor and another family with some medical testing.

The “not-so-quiet” ministry this month led to the completion of the master bathroom remodel (new shower and fresh paint). It took a bit longer than we were expecting, but we are finally moved back in.

We were also blessed to host two long days of Vacation Bible School for our local church (see the picture below). The church volunteers did an amazing job and the kids were very energetic.
