I look back on 2013, and I still can’t believe it. By God’s grace, we were blessed to be a part of some significant ministry events. And because so many of our friends and supporters made it possible, I have captured some of the highlights here.
- New sound system for a Cabecar church
- Skype conference with 7 pastors in 5 locations in 2 languages
- New ministry van (a thousand thanks for this one)
- Furniture built for new guest rooms (7 beds, 1 table)
- Mission Team 1 at Hogar de Vida (orphans)
- Mission Team 2 with the Cabecar (indigenous)
- Mission Team 3 in Atenas (construction)
- Mission Team 4 in Atenas (construction): new building completed
- Mission Team 5 at Hogar de Vida (massage for the tías)
- Vacation With a Purpose 1: painting
- Vacation With a Purpose 2: emergency medicine training
- Plano ministry trip with Oldemar, Helen and Tim
- A new campaign begun for sending missionaries from Costa Rica
Like I said, it was an amazing year. Thank you to everyone who made it possible—every visitor, every donor, and especially everyone who said a prayer for us. We are able to serve God because of your faithfulness and friendship.
