A Generous Start

Thanks to some very generous year-end donations, we were able to start 2025 off with some generosity of our own to help several of our ministry partners.

For the ESEPA seminary, we delivered $15,000 as part of our Raven Scholarship Fund to help those studying for pastoral ministry. To that, we added an additional $5,000 to provide access to digital library resources that are quite necessary when attending seminary. ESEPA president Ivan Oreamuno was on hand to receive our gift.

We also provided some assistance to our long-time friend, ministry partner, translator, and missionary, Eric Gonzalez, so that he could finish a construction project at his home. We have lost track of the number of projects Eric has helped us with, so it felt good to help him with one.

Congrats, Eric!

Finally, Pastor Juan Carlos was able to get an early start on a church expansion project. Matrix Ministries will be coming down in March, but the logistics of the project required that the new second story floor be put in ahead of time. The funds from Matrix have already been put to good use!

Speaking of construction, the partial bathroom remodel at The Brook has already begun. The demolition is complete and the tile and new shower fixture will go in soon. Check back next month for photos of the completed project.
