Building Churches, Changing Lives

If you haven’t heard our Easter Sunday meditation, please click the video (it takes less than 6 minutes) to consider “Were You There?”

As we reported last month, March was packed with events and activities. It was a refreshing return to full-throttle ministry after so many slower months during the pandemic.

April has been almost as busy. We spoke at two different churches and an Easter Sunrise celebration with our local friends. Plus, we have been actively laying the foundation for our May events. We will be on the road in Costa Rica for 15 days next month, including a significant church building project with a team from Matrix Ministries. It always takes significant preparation to make things go smoothly for our groups. But it also adds to the excitement!

We will host Academia Ministerial Cristiana (AMC) for their second two-day biblical interpretation workshop in a few days. They are scheduled to have events here every six weeks for another four sessions after this. They are a great group representing three different churches. And their passion for God’s Word is palpable.

And thanks to our wonderful donors, we were able to help two small churches cover some unanticipated expenses that were crippling for them. The majority of the churches we help have relatively modest incomes, and many of the pastors make ends meet with second jobs. We count it an honor to be the hands that get to share the generosity of God’s people in the U.S. Trust me when I tell you that your impact is deeply felt.
