After making visits to local homes, the team began work on Iglesia Bíblica El Cordero de Dios in Atenas, painting the interior and exterior, and installing a new sign. They worked side by side with volunteers from the church, and enjoyed nearly every meal prepared by Angela at The Brook.

On Sunday they preached and taught the children, and provided the resources to feed the entire church after the service in the freshly painted sanctuary.

But after giving to others, they were blessed to receive homemade tamales from some dear friends in the local church. (They were amazing tamales!)

Grace Baptist touched a lot of hearts while here, and we look forward to their return next year!
